Zoe Steele
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Zoe has over 15 years of London market experience in operations and product management, covering both underwriting and claims. Before joining Amarillo, her role focused on defining and delivering the strategy for the Delegated Underwriting Authority portfolio of services – including development, promotion and selling of the services to both existing and new insurance customers.

Zoe has a passion for product development and innovation, in her previous role at Xchanging, Zoe was their first Product Manager and was responsible for successfully launching Verometrix to the London Claims market to help with the monitoring of spend pertaining to third-party fees before moving onto BinderCloud.
​
Outside of work, Zoe loves football, live music, festivals and a good crime TV show.
Steve Stacy
PRODUCT OWNER
Before Steve joined the team at Amarillo, he had been working at DXC/Xchanging since 2014. In this time he was responsible for defining and delivering the enhancements to their binder management system.
​
Steve hopes that he will be able to assist the emerging team at Amarillo develop some exciting software in the Delegated Authority market and help to drive change towards a more transparent and consistent delivery of data between all parties involved.
​
Outside of his working life, Steve is involved heavily in sport being an active Judo coach and football player, he loves to train and is partial to a cinema trip.
